Property Information Questionnaire
Using the links below, you can either download an editable questionnaire in Word, or download the pdf version. If you use the Word version you can save it on your hard drive and email it to info@bighips.co.uk .
In order to save the text you type onto the pdf version, you will need to have software that enables you to save changes to completed pdf files (Adobe Acrobat Reader does not allow this) - we recommend the Free Foxit PDF reader, available from Foxit Software (Click the download option on the left hand side of that link page).
If you print and complete the document by hand, you can email it to us, or fax it to 0870 220 3169 or post it to 80 Street Lane, Leeds, LS8 2AL. If you do not already have the software, you can download it from the links alongside each document.
We cannot commence marketing your property until we receive your completed form. The form MUST be completed by the vendor.
